Overview

India’s largest life insurance provider, set out to digitally empower its agent network, one of the largest in the world, by offering a mobile-first platform that could support recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and community engagement. We partnered with this organization to design and launch a single, integrated Agent App that transforms how agents are recruited, trained, and retained—while also improving how they engage with leads and grow their business.
